Holy moly, I'm a doofus. That was it - I wasn't giving the board the 5V. It dawned on me as I was typing my last reply like, "Waaaaaaiiiit a minute!" I was testing the components before final assembly, which is why I didn't have the 5V connected. Thanks much for your help!

I checked, and all of those connections have continuity between each other, and they're not bridging over into any other pins. I don't have anything wired to that "ANALOG" section at the bottom right though...does that matter? Now that I think of it, I don't have voltage coming into the TinkerBOY at...
