Re: [PRE-ORDER] Circuit Sword (+ Lite), Circuit Shield + Circuit Gem - OPEN
I’m so happy we get one more chance to order these. I can’t wait to start another build! Kite, I may be moving in June/July/August timeframe... if my address changes and they haven’t shipped yet, can I contact you directly to update my address? I’m in the military and they have a tendency to move me...

That looks awesome, great work! What's going on with the shoulder buttons? Are there two or four? Like are the little nub things L2 and R2?

AlmostSunTzu's First Build - Play It Loud Green Game Boy Zero
I just finished my first build and wanted to show it off and document the build. I'll also be listing the various issues that I still want to work through and hopefully get some help fixing them. For those of you who are too impatient to read my long-winded Game Boy history and motivation behind the...

Re: New to electronics and wondering how to get started
You could try to find a lightly used, or even a brand new Kite board that someone never ended up installing. Also I think there are generic PCBs out there. Buttons? I found a bunch on HandHeldLegend.com (part #GBD1525) called Game Boy DMG Standard Buttons - Black (they have other colors). As far as ...

Hello! I'm in the U.S. Army, most recently as an Armored Battalion Headquarters/Headquarters Company Commander, and before that an M1A2 SEP v2 Tank Company Commander. Best two jobs I've ever had!

Re: Moral Dilemma: When is it okay it dismantle a working (ish) Game Boy?
Well, to resurrect a 2.5 year old thread, I finally got the opportunity to complete my GBZ build and in December of 2020 got back to work. How did I solve the moral dilemma, you ask? I decided to do the right thing and resume my search for a reproduction DMG shell! You guys were right :D Somehow bac...

Moral Dilemma: When is it okay it dismantle a working (ish) Game Boy?
Hey everyone. I'm getting ready to start my first Game Boy Zero build. I wanted it to be a "Play It Loud" Green Game Boy like the one I owned as a child until someone stole it from me in 1997 or '98. Unfortunately, I can't find any pre-built DMG shells in that color- it's all lime green, glow-in-the...
