CBA Pocket PCB/Handheld

Here are some images of my pocket handheld project. Would love to hear thoughts on how to improve it etc. An obvious is a charger/booster circuit, but I haven't dared to venture there yet.The wired PowerBoost connection is simply to avoid a painful desolder job later down the line. The battery conne...

Where did you get those joycon FPC connectors?
I got those from AliExpress. Can't find the link now, but have seen them on ebay too.

Re: [Guide] ili9341 SPI TFT Screen on Retropie

Hi, Sorry for picking up on an old topic here. I have followed your tutorial here and everything works great. My only question is: Is there a way to utilise GPIO 12 (Pin32) for the backlight instead of GPIO18. I am trying to squeeze in an I2S amp on my board, and that is inconveniently also utilisin...

Re: Restless Build Log

We were planning on using a slimmed down pi3, but thanks to the release of the 3A+, it is all coming together a little easier. An update coming soon.

Restless Build Log

Hi, Here is a little build log of me and my brothers project. Grown a bit over the past months, but hope we can complete it before Christmas. Here are some pictures of the intended design, PCB progress and experiments. As you can see, we changed our minds regarding the joysticks after the first PCB ...

Re: I2S Audio Issue

I know I'm late here, but there might be another problem with your connections. The older switching headphone sockets are only 3-poles, left, right and ground. Most new headphones, like apple, Samsung etc are 4 poles, left, right, mic and ground. Depending on the brand of headphones you are using, y...

Re: Help with battery script for 2S setup!

Hi, Not sure if this will help. You could potentially replace the power button board you intend to use , with one from the link below (It is intended for a momentary switch, not a latching one). Im not 100% sure if the EN pinout on the Pollou Buck Converter works in the same way as the PowerBoost, b...

Re: [SALE] Retro PSU, a 3.5A Output capable Boost Board

What a great build! I would love to merge over to your boards. Just some questions: you mentioned earlier in the thread that there is no LBO equivalent (to the powerboost). Are there equivalent connections to the USB and Bat connectors on the PowerBoost. I understand this is a different product etc,...
