Re: Buzzing Audio and Potentiometer Not Working

I tried it without a filter and it was a bit worse, so that's a no-go there :(. And, unfortunately, my amp doesn't have a pot on it. Would be awesome if it did, though! Ah, just re read your first post, and see that you listed PAM8403 as the amp. I am using the PAM8402 amp, which does have a small ...

Re: Volume Pot and Helder AIO

I am using Helders newest all in one board and the same pot as you too, I get a small amount of static from the speaker, which is not noticeable when playing games, but when I put headphones in it is crazy loud with static and basically unusable. I do not have a solution, and the static I get from t...

Re: What kind of battery do you guys using?

Around 4 hours on the 3200mah battery? And maybe 3 hours on the 2500mah. I haven't really timed it. Those are just estimates.

Re: What kind of battery do you guys using?

First build was a 3200mah Samsung Galaxy Note battery in the cartridge slot. This was nice since it saved a lot of space in the battery area.
http://i.imgur.com/V5Q3dS3.jpg
Second was 2500mAh lipo (same as one from adafruit. I put this in the battery area.
http...

Re: Buzzing Audio and Potentiometer Not Working

Not sure why the pot isn't working. Maybe some pictures of your wiring would be helpful? One other thing. In your last post I mentioned to turn the volume control up in emulation station. I forgot to mention that the amp you have should have its own small pot that you can adjust with a small screwdr...

Re: PWM Audio Issue/Question

In the retropie menu in emulation station there is a volume option, you can just max it out. That is what i did with mine. I noticed the same buzzing/hissing and low volume, once I maxed the volume it worked better. I still hear some static, but when you are playing a game it is not noticeable.

Re: Rodocop's 1st and 2nd GBZ

GBZ #2 So this one is much better, I used a black shell from ebay, clear buttons with leds from HHL, acrylic screen protector and cartridge label from dominator, cambles safe shutdown for banggood powerboost, and helders all in one board. buttons and screen look nice. http://i.imgur.com/c1n4jMv.jpg ...

Rodocop's 1st and 2nd GBZ

So I figured I would post a few pics of my completed GBZ's this community has helped so much, and I have learned a lot. Before I began I had never touched a soldering iron, and I had never attempted anything like this. I now feel confident in my skills and can't wait to figure out a new project. GBZ...
