With this exact board?
No i used a lowest power Wifi dongle and bluetooth 4.0 dongle as i could find but still takes too much power.

i did this but was taking so much power the system kept restarting so test it first before fitting it perm as i found out the hard way :roll:

mmm cos i trimed the board down i no longer have GPIO's but do you think getting 5v from a spare USB slot be ok?

i totally understand as im feeling the same over this pi3 audio and keyboard issue, but im just waiting on another amp and my new keyboards arrived (better quality) will have another bash at it soon but im also wanting to build some new FPV quads lol so many things to keep me busy also building anot...

other way to try is removing the USB socket and use the pads on that side. (i did it a few times and took a lot of heat and time but i did a clean job,
