Re: Game Boy Light - Restoration
Looks like it's coming along well. Can you get a pic of the final paint with better more neutral lighting? It's looking pretty beige as is and I'm not sure if that's the lighting or not. Have since completed the spraying and uploaded a shot from front. It's definitely gold and imo a close match but...

Re: Minty Pi no Sound
Agree with Veteran. The wiring on your soundcard is incorrect. Fix that as shown and re-test. 😎 The data pads on your pi seem a bit ropey too and hard to say if damaged. Clean them up and resolder the wires taking care to leave the visible gap between them. Have you bridged to the outer anchor point...

Game Boy Light - Restoration
Hey Guys, So this is a slightly different project for me - a restoration of a Game Boy Light . I've been after one of these for some time to add to my collection but as you may know they are not so easy to come by and those available are often in poor working order or physical condition. I managed t...

Re: LPs Circuit Sword - CM3
Wow, great build! How did you mount the shoulder buttons? I got inspiration from these from VeteranGamer as these are an enhancement from the original tactile switches that poke through the middle screw posts. You can get the caps here: http://s.aliexpress.com/yUZjieMV?fromSns=Copy There are a few ...

Re: VMµ - Sega Dreamcast VMU Project
Just waiting on PCBs from OSHPark now to get this one underway. Hoping they rock up today. Was initially going to slice the original PCB as Wermy has done but then found these little numbers by smoki86: https://oshpark.com/profiles/smoki86 Will be using the an original grey for this build and will p...

Re: LPs VMU
Beautiful job! You may want to beef up the charging current by replacing the R2 => 890AΩ / 0.4 = 2.3kΩ. I'd recommend 2.7kΩ for safety and availability. Maximum charging current will be increased from original 150mA to 350mA with 2.7kΩ installed. vmu_pi_graffle__VMU_Zero_V1_1_ICHG400.png Thanks man...
