Re: Compute Module 3 carrier board

I'm sure for people like Helder, Kite, Tinkerboy, this would be a doddle to design and sell relatively cheaply. The CMs can be bought for cheap too. this is a pointless idea (IMHO) ..... the CM3 is a useful board/module if used in conjunction with another PCB/Board/Project.... which will eliminate ...

Curious why this isnt possible to be done when made? May I recommend including a little warning in the package in case people forget to or don't read there is a clear warning on the first page of this post.... (and a link to instructions to swap over the connectings to be used in products that DON'...

Re: HDMI works, composite doesn't.

Personally I’d scrap version 4.5 for now

And just stick to 4.4
Your gonna be using a Pi0, it’s not gonna matter much which version it is....
(Apart from one that isn’t providing a reliable composite output)

Re: HDMI works, composite doesn't.

I'm using RetroPie 4.5.1. My config text was copied from this post . I've changed resolution settings and tried changing gpu_mem, but nothing seems to fix the problem, or even change the symptoms. The problem is when I hook up an HDMI monitor, RetroPie and EmulationStation load and work as expected...

Re: WII U RASPBERRY PI 3 FINISHED

Do you think that the speaker out is different from the headphone out? Well, there is no other way than ordering one and trying out. to be fair the audio will most probably be fine coming out of those speaker connections.... by the looks of it... there is an on board amp, most probably something si...

Re: ADS1015 Battery monitoring + Joystick connection

I can't get the Helder board in the UK. Galaxy Gaming don't have it in stock, and like most other things from Helder, seem to very rarely have it in stock. buy direct from Helder (he has plenty in stock) (you'll get it fairly quick) https://sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=38&t=6421 its only the b...

Re: WII U RASPBERRY PI 3 FINISHED

https://s.click.aliexpress.com/e/bIRbtI0g This seems the proper panel and the driver board looks slick. It also features an on board audio driver, which might make installation of the separate usb DAC unnecessary? My thoughts: route the speaker cables directly to the pot and skip the DAC. its looks...

Re: Button Not Working After Continuity Test

Hi, I tried reflowing the GPIO and had result different every time. The screen was doing different things everytime. It does seem like a soldering issue. I am relatively new to soldering, any tips on reflowing? please have a look at this.... (specifically from around 2:30 in) 3x4OwrR2PnU .
