Re: [Pre-order] mintyPi 3D-Printed Parts

Hey guys, I'm working on getting the drill-guide and ds lite buttons set up (I'll try to make them both go live at the same time). I only just now realized this poses a problem with shipping for folks who already ordered the main kit (I didn't expect everyone to jump on it so quickly!). So, if you ...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates

I put up another quick video update: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n16oimWTdE0 One question: will you be able to offer a bundle with all the parts you showed today? Screen+ribbon cable+custom pcb+adafruit micro+dslite buttons+all 3d printed parts? I'm can't find a cheap source for that tiny micro...

Retropie in a Snes Controller [PRS-TECH-BOARD]

Hello sudomodders :) I finally completed a decent build (my first GBZ is kind a of a mess.. I'll do a post-mortem post at some point) and I want to share with you the result, I want to start saying that I'm very happy on how it turned out so rejoice with me! :D DISCLAIMER : the work contained in thi...

Re: Purchase limits (and a rant)

Definitely protect your intellectual property.. You had a super cool idea and, as you said, spent time and money to make it available initially for the users of this forum. So a limit on a single purchase is just fair, and I'm also willing to pay a fair price for a kit, screen+connectors+pcb+3d prin...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates

Like Helder said, the way things are arranged (mostly out of necessity) means that you would have to remove a few screws and the buttons to swap out the sd card. This is why having wifi is so nice on it. :) If you use the shutdown option in emulationstation then you likely won't have corruption iss...

Why is this a big deal anyways? buy a 64GB SD card and that is more than enough space for roms of all the major consoles you can play on the Pi.
Just to create a backup image of the card, corruption issues are frequent, at least for me :)

Re: Configuring keys in rom options menu

He has a guide here: http://www.sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=22&t=57 I believe you just need to edit the retrogame.c file and add the keyboard keys and pi BCM number of your GPIO buttons to the array. Rest should be the same if you follow the guide. You can probably also just edit "KEY_E" to "...

Re: Configuring keys in rom options menu

Dang it.. that's a bummer.. A more creative solution like 2 tact switches on the back of the controller and map them with GPIO to the keyboard keys ENTER and ESC? (is this sci-fi or is it possible?) this is posible.... its something i was thinking about doing on my for my GBZ build, especially as i...
