Thx Wermy! As mentioned above by rodocop, there was no option for shipping, already included or to be calculated later? Thanks. Bought one. There was no option for shipping though. Was the shipping included in the $30? Shipping is added at checkout, it was $5 for U.S. I'm not sure what the charge is...

*SNIP* It will come with the screen back and bezel, the button board, the base that goes in the bottom and holds everything in place, and the hinge. Also will include screws. please include the option for the template for positioning the holes to cut :) I think I'll likely be butchering a few tins
