Re: My finished Gaboze Pocaio Round 2

The SMDs weren't to bad about $20 shipped from Digikey, screen was about $15, battery was about $10. It does add up pretty quick though with everything and mainly you are playing the waiting game for all of the parts. I've got a few other projects to work on but I do think I'd like to try populatin...

Re: My finished Gaboze Pocaio Round 2

I remember the original populated board was $60 plus case, buttons etc. I dont think those are available anymore but there are blank round one and round two boards available on ebay so one could do the populating themselves. I have no idea what the individual parts cost though.

Re: PocketPi FE Pre Pre-Order Preparation

My 3 boys have CS-lite builds running off of 3500mah batteries that fit nicely in the full size DMG battery compartment, they easy get 6+ hours of play time, I tend to recharge theirs more frequently as they are younger and less apt to pay attention to a shrinking green bar. It isnt an exact compari...

Re: PocketPi FE Pre Pre-Order Preparation

Rodocop, thanks for the reply. That's really unfortunate to hear. I would love to do the work myself, only I don't have the tools as I'm away for university. I definitely want a GBP model. But I am starting to get the feeling that communication with Galaxy Gaming is not the greatest. The website is...

Re: Technical problems need help.

Double check your ribbon connection as well. Also if you didn't, I'd go thru the setup on Kite's wiki.

Re: A question about joysticks.

Big hands here and I prefer the lower left, plus I think it's easier to fit in and wire cleanly but I'm sure it's a preference thing. That is what I settled on as well, I thought about going with two joysticks but decided against it. I just did my shell modifications this last weekend. 20200301_200...

Re: [PRE-ORDER] Circuit Sword (+ Lite), Circuit Shield + Circuit Gem - OPEN

I have a question for you about the CS board Kite. I ordered a 30x30x3mm fan from Ali-Express and the fan looks like the ones that I got with the first CS Kit I ordered from you a year or two ago. The connector appears different though as it doesn't fit into the tiny plug and I certainly don't want ...
