Re: Charging and Audio Issue

Ok so I'm assuming you are powering the pi in all of these instances with the provided powerboard and a battery? or are you powering from the Pi micro usb? Audio is powered from 5v whether it's from the boost circuit or 5v usb power, so we can try to eliminate one or the other with the answer to this.

Re: MintyPi 3- Powers from Pi USB but not Power Board

Since you jumped in here you need to fill us in better. Do you have continuity from the 5V gpio to the 5v test pad or the D1? Not the FB3 since that is just a left over on that image from another fix for someone. You say the connector cable but have you looked into the connector cable connector for ...

Re: MintyPi freezes and won't shutdown fully

I think it's at 1000 the setting just try to decrease by 50 so make it 950. If it doesn't freeze you're good and if it does then try to go down another 50. It will say: arm_freq=1000

Re: V3 bad voltage (no audio)

As mentioned in the wiki and I'm sure numerous threads no audio means no 5V, so 100% the 5v GPIO (there are 2 of them) does not have continuity meaning a weak joint so you need to resolder those points. On the new boards there is a dedicated 5v test pad which is likely the one you have so no need to...

Re: Charging and Audio Issue

See now that makes more sense, it's picking up noise even at lower volumes. You should have said this , this way and it's easy to understand the problem. So no speaker and have you tried other headphones? also when the pi is booting does it still do the same noise?

Re: Charging and Audio Issue

Dude I just told you numerous times that the amp is making the sound louder on headphones and it always will so just turn the volume down. You are not using a speaker so why are you still bringing it up to max volume when I have said multiple times to lower it, do you need me to give you some techni...

Re: Need Help! :(

I offered you help but you did not mention the bridged pins and of course there is a price for the desoldering and resoldering which anyone who is willing to help will also charge you. You can go with my offer or you can try someone else like LilTrblMakr who also provides such work. Link to his info...

Re: Screen issue with Gaboze Pocaio

Looks like a faulty screen, better grab one asap as these are in super scarce supply and doesn't look like they are going to be made anymore. I am struggling to find a decent amount and I am talking to manufacturers who supply them.

Re: MintyPi freezes and won't shutdown fully

Might be over heating or overclocked and needs to be a little underclocked. I think the Pi is overclocked on the mintyPi image and not all Raspberry Pi 0w will work at the same overclock speeds but 90% of them will at the settings we have setup. To change the setting you can do it in the SSH termina...
