Re: HOW TO: Original GB Jack + Speaker setup
Does anyone have a diagram for stereo headphone jack wiring + mono speaker? It's confusing what to do if we're NOT bridging L+R together. My best guess is to wire (-) from each L+R amp output to the headphone connector ground. Actually I think I figured it out by looking at helders audio pcb. I'll ...

Yep I'm using one too. Make sure you get the gummy pads! And note some are shipped from China, so you might want to look for a seller located in your region (if you're not in or near China)

Re: Help: Teensy 2.0
Thanks, I guess I will try removing the connector. I always have a hard time desoldering and removing components.

Help: Teensy 2.0
I ended up buying a Teensy 2.0, not a Teensy LC or Teensy 3 board for the controls. I soldered up the connections and the controls work (they generate key presses). The problem is, I am having a very hard time figuring out the USB pinouts (especially D- and D+) because they're not labeled and no goo...

Poll: How much time did you spend completing your Game Boy Pi vs actually playing it?
This is for those who have a working, playable Game Boy Zero or similar gaming device. How long did you take to complete it? (Even if you may be continually modifying it, let's say from the beginning to the time it was playable with controls, video, and sound all inside the case + with screws on) Ho...

Re: Alternative power supply help
I bought this too... it was so freaking cheap like $2.90 USD, but I'm sure it's lower quality and has fewer features than the PowerBoost 1000C. Also, I thought mine was broken because it wasn't providing power to my pi zero when I didn't have the battery connected. But once I wired up the battery wi...

Re: NanoPi NEO
Interesting! Did not hear about these before. The $23 one looks nice, quad core, 1 GB ram standard. Seems to have the Cortex-A9 chip as a CPU which is what the iPhone 4S used. And the size seems to be perfect for a gameboy, thin enough to fit in the cartridge slot and probably just short enough (10 ...

Re: usb hub stops working when soldered to the pi zero
Could this be related to interference (or varying wire distances) of some sort? I'm thinking the way that Wermy's sd card did not work through the custom wired card reader versus inserting it directly into the raspberry pi zero. All people mentioning the problem have stated that it works when connec...

Good idea. Wish I had seen this before cutting my screen hole, I went flush with the edge Not sure I can use the screen protector now.
