Re: On-Screen Battery Monitor Options
for me personally im not looking for great accuracy, as long as there is a rough gauge of whats left that will work for me . It will give you a very rough gauge of the remaining battery capacity. But just keep in mind that when your measurement says it's at 50% capacity, it could actually be anywhe...

Re: On-Screen Battery Monitor Options
Not to knock all the hard work everyone here is doing, it's great. But doing straight voltage measurement of a lithium battery with an ADC to try to determine the state of charge of the battery is not very accurate. The voltage curves of lithium batteries makes it hard to actually determine the stat...

Re: Issues With Stereo Audio(Pi3+PAM8403+ Kedei HDMI)
I also got a 50uF cap to put on the power rail. Do you know how this doesn't manage to draw a lot more power? I'm just reasoning that the power and ground rails are sort of being bridged with the cap. I realize tha cap has resistance in it I assume and that it's not bidirectional so I assume it won...

Re: [WIP] Salami's 1st GBZ HDMI I2C Shift-Button Brightness Control
I uploaded an image for you: https://preview.ibb.co/cVnH7m/audio_wiring.jpg . The important part is not to use the ampifier for the headphones, and you dont need that, because the display can drive headphones. The amplifier is only needed for the loudspeaker. And because the loudspeaker needs mono,...

Re: On-Screen Battery Monitor Options
You could use this: https://www.sparkfun.com/products/10617 It has a very similar IC to what I've been using on my SP AIO boards. It has an I2C interface, so in theory all you would need to do is change the I2C address, and change the register read in the script and it should work. It measures the v...

Re: GBA-SPi Zero - Zelda Edition
I am really impressed! Are you planning on selling the AiO Boards in the future? Maybe a CM3 Version? :) After looking to this nice build. I now you also try to sell this also here. What was the price again if i may ask. Yeah I'm in the process of vetting a new AIO board version with some changes I...

Re: GBA-SPi Zero - Zelda Edition
Oh my that is sweet! Really loving the Zelda case. Any shots of the internals, wiring, etc? Would love to see how you laid everything out. Congrats on a really top draw build! I really like this! Any chance you show us the internals? I updated the original post with pictures of what's inside. It's ...

Re: Composite vs DPI
I dont have that grey SP anymore but what I originally did to fit a composite screen in there was, I 3D printed a bracket to increase the depth slightly and carefully cut out the hinge and glue it to the new back cover with the bracket. If you look in this pic the back plate is slightly thicker, pr...
