I live in the UK and i had to get a lots of parts from China and US, took me 6 weeks to get all the parts i needed, but in the end it works because i used good quality parts,
i mostly ordered from eBay, Banggood and a PCB manufacture site for the customer keyboard PCB.

just noticed the yellow wire is right next to the crystal, try moving it away from that and try again,
and i see your using long wires like the gray ones, try and keep them short, like the quadcopters you should always use as short video wire as possible to avoid interference
