Re: [Help Needed] How to wire original DMG Pot. Volume Wheel

I mean if seperate grounds for L and R are the standard output from stereo amps how on earth would one be able to ever connect jack and amp? I know that the - pin isnt just GND but carries a signal on its o...

Yeah I am getting some pretty bad noise when I increase the volume. I gonna try out the methods you mentioned.
Edit: Okay I just desoldered the R- and L- and the noise is reduced to an acceptable level for the GBZ output.

Re: [Guide] Graceful shutdown switch without Pololu
Stupid question: What are the downsides of not using a graceful shutdown switch? I'll have to shutdown the manually to prevent filesystem corruption? Yes. If you don't know when the battery will die it won't shut down safely. Okay. Ill be using the Powerboost 1000c. Is there any way to get the batt...

Re: HOW TO: Original GB Jack + Speaker setup
Your diagram is faulty. There are no RO and LO Pins. There are, you just have a different version of the audio jack with a different pinout, as there are at least 2 around in the original gameboy. And those are Left and Right out, as this is where you will have output if no headphones are plugged i...

Re: HOW TO: Original GB Jack + Speaker setup
Yes, i made this a while ago for a user on this forum. But the labels are really self explanatory: LI - Left In LO - Left Out RI - Right In RO - Right Out Okay here is what I did for working stereo headphone jack and a working original Gameboy volume wheel: [strike]Your diagram is faulty[/strike]. ...

Is this the original DMG audio jack on the diagramm? I'm a little confused because the labels are different.Fleder wrote:Can't test it, but you could try this:
