I had a few problems with connection also , make sure you follow the instructions on here : https://www.pjrc.com/teensy/td_download.html
version numbers of supported Arduino are important! Make sure you have the correct Arduino version installed.

Yeah , I have a story, and also a working Pi2 that's now the right width to fit into a gb shell with the audio jack and hdmi at the bottom of the case... Hmmmmm

thanks guys, i figured it out. was able to get it connected. when i connect it to pi 0, its strange, its able to power a usb stick, but will not power a keyboard I found that if I powered my usb hub from my power breakout board , rather than the Pi, it was much more stable. Oops! It's alive after I ripped it's head off!
So, after getting frustrated at the software setup for usb audio, I thought 'screw this, I'll just use a pi2' and set about removing the usb sockets and rj45 from the pi2.
As you can see from the pic, I had a bit of an accident!! but amazingly , it still boots!!

For easier access and backup, i will post the solution here. I used a Pololu 12V Step-up Voltage regulator (U3V12F12) to feed my screen 12v, easier than desoldering a tiny IC, and also made the image less 'stroby' Can u tel me the link where did u buy it? anyone else having problems with USB audio?
followed the guide, and my USB device is shown as default but, launching ROMs results in it bombing out to rom list with an error message saying 'failed to find mixer elements'
