Re: [FOR SALE] Safe Shutdown v1.2 (for PowerBoost)

@nick_stubbings There is no battery charging on this board. It simply keeps the power on until the Pi shuts down. There is an interface for the low battery pin on the PowerBoost, but nothing fancy going on. Have you followed the wiring diagram? Please post a clear picture of your wiring if you can. ...

Looking forward to using this.

Also, one more question. I ordered the powerboost board on the 14th of February, do you have a rough ETA for America by any chance? (New York)
It normally only takes a few weeks, but I've seen international deliveries take up to a month.

Re: [FOR SALE] Safe Shutdown v1.2 (for PowerBoost)

@thetechy2 You can use nano to edit the script on the Pi. The readme on the github repository tells you how to do this.

How would I uninstall the power monitor script? Prolly a silly question, but I didn't seem to find instructions for that.
You would just remove the folder and re-clone the git repo.

Re: [Pre-Order] Safe Shutdown Switch (PowerBoost Version) - Closed

@garthster Thank you :) Your wiring to the Safe Shutdown looks fine. I can't be sure of the wiring to the PowerBoost, but you have good connections elsewhere so unless something is in the wrong place, I can't see it being wiring. The reason you get a kernel panic when you shutdown through software (...

Re: [FOR SALE] Safe Shutdown v1.2 (for PowerBoost)

@NimbleJoshua You can configure which pins you use by editing the first lines in the script. Not a problem.

Re: [FOR SALE] Safe Shutdown v1.2 (for PowerBoost)

@silentjames I'd try reinstalling the script first to see if that helps. It's usually the cause, not sure why though.
