@SP33 I switched the yellow and the white but I have still a black screen... @Popcorn The ground goes to PP6, no ? My cables are reversed on the PCB screen ? Swap the positions of the white and yellow wires. I believe the right orientation is yellow on the square contact, this is how I have it set up and I have seen others do the same. I also remember someone else fixing a black screen issue by doing this.

Hey there, Yeah, I think the wiring on the adafruit one is backwards. You can see it in the image here: https://www.adafruit.com/products/913 The shield on the yellow plug goes to the yellow wire. So I noticed when watching Part 3 of the video guides that like most of the tft screens used wermy has a red, black, yellow and white wire but he wired the yellow and white wires to the positive and negative connections for a "TV" on the pi zero.
