Why and how are you using HTML for this? I just use some png's and the pngview command in a python script. I'm btw done with mine now, found a great solution for switching status without the icon gone missing in statusupdates

I'm done with the batteryindicator! It works perfect right now! Will probably post a guide in the guide section soon
Attached is the voltage curve of my 2000mAh battery, as you can see its kind of unstable, so i had to drop the 10% steps in the battery icon and replace them with 25% steps

Right now I'm currently working on the discharge curve of the battery, because my battery icon now is not linear. I'm also thinking about adding a WiFi-icon when i use wifi

That looks good ;) I only have a battery icon right now, and its functional, but i have to finetune the voltage curve to match the actual remaining percentage power left, and i have a short period (0,5s) of no icon when i get more or less power. There are some links and info about some of this in the guide section. You can remove the terminal text and raspberry logo, and you can try to deactivate "wait for network in boot", to get a faster boottime
