Re: Can the battery expand?

Shouldn't do.

Will get warm perhaps but unless it starts to fail it shouldn't swell.

Over time or perhaps depending on its quality or overcharging, batteries can fail and swell so always keep an eye on it as standard IMO.

Especially if the battery you have is a cheap one...

Re: Unibit vs. regular drill bit

I've not yet started but looking at the Wiki, Wermys first Zero shows him drilling pilot holes and using a regular drill.

http://sudomod.com/game-boy-zero-guide-part-1/

Results look good / same as using a Unibit I think it just takes a little longer to do.

Re: Helder v2.2 AIO Build - Case Mod

Very true In my case (excuse the pun) I'm using a Zero and the standard 3.7v 2500mAh battery (adafruit equivalent due to stock issues) so think i'll leave the rear of the case as is unless i find myself running into space problems as i go....or if anyone else advises of any in the meantime! :D Cheers

Helder v2.2 AIO Build - Case Mod

Hi All, As noted by Helder, chedacheese is currently commencing a build using the new v2.2 AIO PCB. Having watched his videos, he's currently 'on hold' pending a new Pi3 having shaved off to much of the board. As yet he has not modified the rear of the case. Has anyone completed a build using a Pi Z...

Re: Safe Shutdown - AIO

Thanks, Cample

Ill try it out once built but that's what I would have expected.

I guess depending on how my battery performs and whether or not I trust it I'll likely add a disconnect JST in just to be sure and leave it disconnected when not in use anyway.

Cheers,

AIO Board Setup?

Hi Guys, Bit of a Noob question but can't seem to conclusively find the answer... Do the new AIO's, specifically Helders V2.2 with built in Teensy still need the Teensy configuring? Or is it as simple as wire it up and so long as your config on the Pie is solid you're all good? I note from the Marke...
