Re: Custom/Aftermarket Build Guide Part 1
Now all that's left is a guide for doing everything from scratch. Including mining for metals and creating plastic out of plant matter to cast the needed cases and so on. When can we expect this? In a week? Please hurry wermy, I want to start

Re: GearBest screens warning!!
I have ordered about 6 different screens for this project alone and none of those has been defective, broken or damaged.
One was advertised with a wrong resolution but apart from that, everything was good.

Re: [GUIDE] Wiring Diagrams: all-in-one board, graceful shutdowns, audio-only board
Does anyone have a schematic or diagram for just the BangGood Power Supply. Something that shows how the battery goes in, where the battery gets soldered in? And how it goes into the power strip? Any other caveats that are important does not have to include any safe shutdown stuff. Thank you https:...

Re: USB sound card for GBZ?
Thanks! Your diagram helps me a lot. I'll try it with the USB DAC, if everything goes wrong I'll buy something else. I guess you are from germany, so here are the two USB DACs I bought and that did work for me. https://www.amazon.de/gp/product/B016CU2PEU/ref=oh_aui_search_detailpage?ie=UTF8&psc=1 h...

Re: Bluetooth Audio
That should be pretty easy. You would have to specify the BT "Soundcard" as the main one in alsamixer and/or retropie, though.

Re: USB sound card for GBZ?
Hi, this only works if your USB DAC has 5 pins, not 3. Otherwise you will not be able to shut off the speaker when headphones are plugged in. Here is a complete wiring diagram I created a while ago:
http://s20.postimg.org/hf6txo1el/f6f360d0bb85e2df16b71af6599ca777.png
T...

Good you mention it. It is through hole, as I guess this will be the favourited method, for easier soldering.johnny-bert wrote:@Fleder
Are these componets SMD or Standard through-hole?

Re: [Guide] Wire your LCD Display to the Pi Zero
Right, I saw the OP. I've seen people leave this configuration. So do you recommend powering the display from the power strip when I put it all together. I only ask because I've read recommendations to not power things from the Pi and recommendations to keep the ground close to the video out. Just ...
