Re: CM3 Circuit Sword Fan Cartridge

I'm working on assembling my first CSO and plan on using this fan cartridge. Two questions:
  1. Can this be used with the heatsink included with Kite's Circuit Sword or do I need to find a lower profile one?
  2. Where can I find an extension cable for the fan writing or do I need to make it myself?

Circuit Sword Bluetooth

Has anyone been able to get Bluetooth working with Kite's Circuit Sword? Is this still the most up to date information? Hardware wise it does [have bluetooth] but I haven't enabled/tested it as I don't think it's as simple as just 'turning it on' so if someone wants to give it a go then please let m...

Re: Using the TP4056 1 amp charger

Thanks for the replies everyone (and crude drawings!). I should be able to get things working from that. Any reason why wermy suggested the unprotected ones? The cost is pretty similar. The size is a bit different though.

Using the TP4056 1 amp charger

So I ordered the charger listed in the newest video (TP4056 https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B01LZSC7I8/). I figure battery plus and minus go to the lipo battery. What I'm not sure of is where we wire Helder's board in. Any ideas?

Re: Mintybatterymonitor Script Questions(s)

I am working on some improvements but any changes to the code are welcomed by users. If you can improve on it further we could always add a pull request to the github ;) Awesome, thanks for the response. I'll keep an eye out for those updates and if I have any more improvements I'll look into makin...

Mintybatterymonitor Script Questions(s)

I had a look at the Mintybatterymonitor source. Looks good and code is easy to read. The one thing I noticed is that holding Select not only hides the battery icon, it kills MintyBatteryMonitor.py. This means you no longer get any notifications, nor is the script checking for low battery in the back...

Re: MAME emulator help.

PiFBA runs NeoGeo and CPS1/CPS2 games really well. One thing to note, you need the right romset and it's pretty old. You may be able to use CLRMamePro to format a newer or older romset into the proper one. Another huge gotcha for me was I could not get PiFBA to work no matter what I tried. The issue...

Re: [For Sale] mintyPi BatteryMonitor PCB Preorder

Nice, I'd like to second the request on having the battery indicator off most of the time and turn on with an event (like a certain battery percentage). Also, the toggle mentioned by HoolyHoo is useful too.

One question, does the display of this battery indicator affect the frame rate while gaming?

Re: STL Files for 3D-Printing mintyPi

I was going to ask the same. It's only a little change, but I've moved the powerboost support bracket down the Base file so that it supports the microlipo instead. Please upload your remixed STLs, I'm going to use the micro lipo as well and it would be helpful (as well as save me the time of alteri...
