The copper stripes go on the other side of the board so they face the screen.
I used 3mm double side tape

Brightness adjustment on screen with missing button board?
So I got a screen that has an identical board to gearbest screen from wiki (shown bellow). I have modified it to run on 5v and it works properly. The problem is that I dont know how to control the brightness and contrast. Can anyone help http://sudomod.com/wiki/images/5/5a/Noname_gadgetinfinite_boar...

Re: Compute module based AIO
How about the Genesis Logic IC - GL850G, works well for 2 of my hubs.Helder wrote:Only issue I see with the compute module is the usb hub that is not part of the board and must be something I decide on and with the bad luck with the fe1.1s I need to research better working hubs.

Re: USB sound question
I am pretty sure the USB is not an amplifier. The wiring should be as such. USB DAC/Sound card -> Headphone Jack --(un-jacked)--> Amp ---> Speaker. amp should have a pot. If you want pot to control headset then amp should be directly after Soundcard

Re: BW Variant Screen Problems
Firstly the pin might be incorrect. It is 3rd pin on most ICs (eg BM141a) http://sudomod.com/wiki/images/2/2f/Camble_board_2.jpg Secondly the ground doesnt need to be connected, so you don't need the short black wire. You basically need a short/wire from 5v input and the output of the regulator (tha...

Re: Compute module based AIO
An AIO with a module holder will mostly be a complete solution for a true AIO. GBZ using CM3 would be powerful and compact. I doubt it will be cheap.

Re: SNES USB Gamepad
I havent assembled my setup yet. It has Raspbian to debug problems if i face any. At present it works with all the keys. so should work fine. Even i am using the same joystick usb chipset. Try using the joypad by connecting to usb hub to test speed. If that works well this will too. I played NFS MW ...

Re: SNES USB Gamepad
I purchased 2 knowing full well I might break one. I cut too close on my first board thinking that it will work. It doesnt. If the tension in the wire is more it will pull out the wire with the trace attached. This caused the trace till the black blob to be removed and rendered the controller useles...
