[Tutorial] Kite's Circuit board RetroPie menu item for the battery indicator
In addition to the previous tutorial focusing on Kite's update script for his boards (https://sudomod.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=51&t=7613), I am adding this tutorial for a menu item to turn ON/OFF the battery indicator. One major benefit with this menu item, it does not require a reboot of the devic...

[Tutorial] Kite's Circuit board RetroPie menu item for Kite HUD update
First off, AMAZING boards by Kite in this community!!! In addition, Kite has a great update utility for his HUD software. However, in most cases users don't have a keyboard at hand with hand-held devices and even with the (awesome!) on screen keyboard, it is not that easy to access the update script...

Re: Circuit Gem stuck at login after RetroPie update
Well, seems like RetroPie update breaks the auto-start behavior. Eventually the fix is quite simple, so I decided to have it written here just in case others encounter this. Considering the fact that in many cases you would actually desolder most of the connectors, including the USB connectors, so a...

Circuit Gem stuck at login after RetroPie update
Hey @kite,
After a successful build of the VMU, I ran a retropie update and now it just stops after boot waiting for login. The only additional thing I did that might affect this is that I also changed root password (passwd). I did change it back to default but still the same issue. Any ideas...?

Re: Circuit Gem Build video
Fair enough. I still think that a build video would be nice, especially since there are several mods needed for the case and adding shoulder buttons makes it even more challenging.
Just sayin'....

Circuit Gem Build video
Hey,
Was just wondering if anyone is planning on releasing a build video for the Circuit Gem now that the boards have arrived?
@kite?

Re: mintyPi 2.0
What about a setup script? so we can use a pi zero 1.3 and snes won't lag. Every zero w I have lags on snes Wermy, I second that. I have a preset SD card with everything already set up in it. was hoping to use it instead of reflashing my card. You did mention in the past that you will have a setup ...

Re: mintyPi 2.0 News & Updates
How long is the distance between the screen and the bezel? You could cut some Acrylic and make a screen cover. Heck, you could probably use a transparency sheet if space is that much of a premium. Get one from Kinkos for like $0.75 That's actually a good question...! You can find a 1/32" (0.8mm) th...
