Re: Power USB hub directly from source
I added a small strip of prototyping board that every single component get's its power from. The RPi, the USB hub, the audio amp, the USB soundcard and the external USB port. Pretty easy and pretty clean way to supply everything with power, IMHO.

But you should! When the battery dies in the middle of a game you can just plug in an external powersource and finish your game.RRexy wrote:Wow, thank you @Wermy for responding. Eh, I planed not to play while charging anyway.

Re: Evilz's GBZ Build Log (WIP)
Have you confirmed that screen will fit? I've been looking at that exact screen and driver board but figured it wouldn't fit in my case. Can you post any pictures of the screen and board in the case to verify it fits? I would be ecstatic if it works! The screen fits and works with 5V without any mo...

Re: Please show me your L/R buttons
I'm looking for inspiration on how to do my L/R buttons. I find the way Wermy does looks great but they dont seems particularly comfortable. I think it's the exact opposite. They don't look impressive or anything like the other L/R solutions, but they're definitely comfortable. I did it wermys way ...

Re: [For Sale] GBZ All In One PCB (Pre Orders V2)
Lucky me, I just randomly opened my MacBook and thought, lets have a look if the remaining 25 are on sale. I needed three and got one. So at least I get to play with it a bit and have the drill template to prepare everything. Thanks for your hard work Helder. I'm in for 2 more when you pull the preo...

This is where I think you are wrong. I bet, if you remove the cable going to right out, your speaker wont work anymore.Fleder wrote:alien0matic wrote: Right out (pin 4) is always "supplied" with audio, but if there are no headphones connected, no one cares.
