Re: set up new FE from vanilla retropie img

The V2 image is coming, I've been delaying it though as it's a big task to upgrade image for most so I'm trying to make sure it has everything needed on it. If you don't want to run the AllForOne software you can use the retrogame system instead, would you like the new image to be able to choose be...

Re: PocketPI FE Right Dpad button not very responsive

When they're first made (The PCBs) some of the exposed contacts have a slight coating on them which usually gets better and wears off with time. As Konnor said, repeated use makes it get better. If it doesn't, it can sometimes be a poor soldering joint on the Pi to the button that's not working.

Re: No Audio too - PocketPI FE

I'm currently repairing this, I believe the diagnosis is that the chip is faulty but I'm in the process of fully checking the board.

Re: Volume wheel too in/sensitive

Unfortunately that's the nature of the beast. Those wheels are of a set value and they don't make them in other values. I investigated adding other inline resistors to give the full wheel volume however it made the audio muffled and less crisp. It doesn't solve it but hopefully that explains why it ...

Thank you, Rodocop had told me of this previously. I'll make sure the new image has this fixed.

Re: IMPORTANT INFO: How to make your PocketPi unbootable

It's turned off by default already but not in the typical way so disabling this option overwrites that. There is a new image coming that I've hopefully eliminated it from just making a black screen. I'm in testing currently so I'll give this a test.

Re: [ PRE ORDER ] Gameboy Zero PocketPi FE

PING The guide for the rear trigger has been updated. https://galaxygaming.co.uk/guides/gameboy-pocketpi-fe-build-guide/#1541964056124-e480b181-0fee I do not understand the last part: For the GND I recommend bridging the inner two pads to one wire on the rear PCB and then run that to the closest tr...

Re: [ PRE ORDER ] Gameboy Zero PocketPi FE

Not to knock you personally (I understand you're just trying to help GG out) but .... I didn't even order shells cut or uncut, and I'm still waiting on an update on my I2S only order (albeit with some other bits) and it changed from it's coming with the next batch on the 10th to it's at the top of ...
