Re: Dreamcast VMU Pi
You don't technically need the power boost! You can actually run the pi as low as 3v (I have read it will even run as low as 2.7v) so in my projects I have been powering the pi straight from the li-po battery! The only thing you need to be sure of, is that the battery is protected so it doesn't bec...

Re: Dreamcast VMU Pi
I managed to find your test video on YouTube last night at around 2 AM, so of course now I am attempting this as well. Thanks to @moosepr for directing me to this thread from my post over at the RetroPie forum.

Excellent! Paypal says they're still unavailable, but once they are, I'd like to buy two. One for each of my builds.

What are the dimensions of the new PCB? I'd like to use one in my Gameboy Advance build when they become available, if it will fit. Also, I know this was designed with the Zero in mind, but do the circuits also work with a Pi 3?

Re: WII U RASPBERRY PI 3 FINISHED
Well you can do it but only 1A output from charging circuit is not able to feed enough current to power and charge. With charger connected battery will last a bit longer. Do you have a photo, or can you explain how you have the charging circuit, PowerBoost, and batteries wired up? I'm interested in...

Re: New members, introduce yourself!
Hi everyone, I'm Todd from the United States. I've had a Raspberry Pi since 2015 and for the first year or so I just used it with a USB controller to play some old games while connected to my TV. A few months ago I decided to "do" something with my Pi and I put it in a Super Famicom. The project is ...

Re: WII U RASPBERRY PI 3 FINISHED
I love that you were able to utilize a Pi 3. Since you're using the PowerBoost 1000 Basic for the extra output and a separate charging circuit, I'm assuming you can't charge and run the device at the same time, right?
