I think I made the best of it, printed really nice and fit perfectly.

From mistake to something cool

Hey there,

made a few holes too much, expanded it into a window and now added a printed cover on top.

Easier to show in pictures:

Re: [Solved] Circuit Sword - wifi only connecting to unsecured

Just to confirm your suspicion, it failed to connect to my network as well.
I entered the password, it failed to connect and then rebooted - tada connection established :)

Re: CSO - No longer charging

Hi Kite, yes to both questions. I made a post at the beginning where it did not start with just the external power (semi-boot, white screen, reset) - it does now though. It also works when charging a battery externally. Hope this picture works for you, I cannot see anything fried. test.jpg EDIT: the...

CSO - No longer charging

Hi again, no idea what happened, I refrained from doing anything to the main board - but it does no longer charge a battery. I tried a few different ones at different voltages and capacities (3.3V, 3.5V, 3.8V, 850mAh, 2000mAh) but the charging light does not light up anymore (and its not charging to...

This is what I came up with. Going to print it out tomorrow and play around with thickness a bit.
Going to print it in all black first. I ordered some red pla to print the retropi logo.

Re: YACSB - Yet another Circuit Sword build :)

you could also consider adding a 3D printed part.... You know what...I was already trying to cut some plastic sheets yesterday before I went with the mesh. I didn't even consider to 3d print something and the printer was just 1-2 feet away... I think I am going to keep the mesh underneath and print...

Re: YACSOB - Yet another Circuit Sword (Original) build :)

Thanks! Some hotglue is left in the mesh that needs to be cleaned up. The hole is actually quite accurate (looks a bit distorted on the picture) and the light show that happens inside while the CSO is running is really nice to look at. You can also actually feel the fan blowing out if you manage to ...
