sudomod

So i just got a cheap gameboy pocket, thought i would mod this next but never realised how small it is
i have read through the show off sections and have seen a few mods and people have fitted 3.5" screens in but i have a clear case and just a bit bothered about the case looking a bit scuffed internally when i grind it out to make it fit!
so thinking a 2.5" screen might be a better alternative?
All i am finding though while looking for a 2.5" screen is similar to below:

so not sure how the internals will look with regards to the screen and its power board?
I dont want to be spending silly money on a screen but happy to get whats easyish to mod!

I've got one of these coming, but my concern is going to be the size of the controller board.

Adafruit make a 2.5" Composite display, but it's a little too expensive for my liking

I've also bought one of these but with the board, it's a little too big for the GBC I'm trying to fit it in.

THinking that something like this and attaching a controller board is going to be the best bet
