Help to connect buttons and joystick to a micro computer

Hello,
I'm trying to put a raspberry pie or a jetson tk1 in a wii u gamepad but i have a problem; how can i connect the wii u gamepad's buttons and joysticks to the micro - computer ? :?

You know the time you spent waiting for a response you could've done some searching and found this thread about the WiiU and a little more reading would have lead you to this post (and the ones after it) for your answer.
