Raspberry Pi Activity Centre for my kid

Post by oliddell » Tue Sep 03, 2019 5:27 am

Hi guys i had posted this on reddit a week ago with no replies - i havent posted here for a while but here goes:

I would really like to create an activity centre for my 1 year old daughter. What i had in mind is sort of like a bar-top arcade but with much simpler interaction methods. Simpler as in 4 big coloured buttons surrounding a 17 inch display and maybe a kids trackball and sound. Im still researching the parts needed but have no idea what software I would need to incorporate said buttons to the activities. I am open to any ideas/help. Mock up showing mad paint skills attached.

Would really appreciate any help!

Thanks a lot

Keep in mind that a 1 year old will want to touch the screen.
