Hotglue Lessons

My first attempt. Tried to fit in everything I might need. Found out I didn't need a lot of the stuff I tried to add.
I really appreciate all the info on this site. My next build will be way better, learned a lot making this monster. Train rides are an absolute pleasure! Dismantled this for the parts to do a better job.

Lessons Learned:
The good:
Pi positioning and fan(Heat sink and a fan keeps it pretty cool)
HDMI port(looks and sounds great on the big screen)
SD card access
Battery Size(6000)

The bad:
Button PCB (common board ordered)
Not able turn on the fan with thermostat or with the gpio
No volume or headphone jack

The ugly:
Way too much hot glue
Wires too thick
Need a better way of keeping the case closed without hotglue

Psp1000 ones. Pretty cheap and easy to setup. I got stuck on the arduino code to make them work right as a dual stick controller but the actual install was easy.
