Hi all,
I just wanted to show you my latest creation.

I didn't had the time to create yet a big bar top arcade so as soon I got my hands on the Adafruit Joy Bonnet, I decided I would make a mini version that also is docking station for the Raspberry. This means I can disconnect it from the little screen and connect the raspberry with the Joy Bonnet on a large TV with normal HDMI cable and a power supply.

Thanks

Oh that is one unique build! Love it!
How is that powered? Is that battery powered?

Thank you!
The screen case contains a 4400mA battery pack. Enough to play for several hours.
Did you see the thingverse link? I have complete parts list there.
It was also featured on Adafruit's blog:

Cool! It looks good in transparent! Gets light up by the Leds inside!
Where is the usb port output on the side? It seems you covered it.
I placed it there as i use the little monitor for other raspberry pi zeros some times to set them up so i can plug keyboard or external hub.
Thanks
Thanos

I moved the USB to the opposite side. It's only accessible if you open it.
During the build the GERI power module ended up cracking the LCD screen while fitting it on the side panel. So I used a PowerBoost 1000, which helped with cable management.
I might do another build, just wish I had a 3d printer. I'd like to mount the tiny speakers better or maybe add one big speaker.
If you decide redesign the case let me know. Maybe have the screen vertical for shooters?
Cheers!
