A few month ago I was contacted by user @rostapher from the forums. He showed me a project he had been working on that was heavily inspired by Ampersand's GB Null but featured a Pi3a+ with audio. He had the majority of the case worked out but needed help with designing the PCB and software mods. After a few iterations of his initial project, I liked to present you the results. We call it the GAME BOY MiniMo for its mobile/portable form factor yet classic minimal look.

I'm really enjoying this form factor and will probably be my go to hand console when traveling as it seems the perfect combination of size and playability :D

Next interesting form factor to build! Very nice design. I am looking forward for an final customer ordering version.
Reminder for myself: Already 5 different retropie models on the shelf should be somewhere enough... But this one is nice!

Two questions:

First, are there shoulder buttons?

Second, when's the pre-order gonna be up? Haha

While I'm not exactly into that form factor I find that one really attractive. Nice colors and overall build, looks quite retro.

I have to admire I like it on the pictures much more than I should :).

Nice work.

Wow this is beautifully done, excellent work!

How did you implement that on screen display? I really like all the extra details it provides

Thanks! I used a variation of the c code used here with my own python script.
