I know this is an old discussion, but for those of us without printers and the like, is it possible to get a ghetto template? IE: when printed onto a standard sheet of 8.5 x 11 paper (or similar) it can be cut out and traced as a cutting guide?

I don't have access to a 3D printer. Do you sell these cutouts?
