[Help Needed] SD Card Filtering

Post by Bobrobert » Sat Aug 20, 2016 9:06 pm

I'm looking for a schematic of the filtering required to make all SD cards work in the cartridge. I know wermy recommends a 1 uF capacitor between VDD and VSS but is there anything else that could further increase the reliability?

Yeah I already checked out that thread. From what I can see his circuit uses 3 capacitors a resistor and an inductor. From the research I have done it seems that the 1uF cap is enough for most SD cards, and if I really have to I can always return ones that don't work.

Thanks for the reply though.
