Removed solder pad, bypass them?

I know i will get many a verbal spanking from this but are there and work-arounds for a removed usb test pad or a power pad (p6 i think) on a pi zero?

1. you can trace it
2. (probably better) is to get a male micro usb connector, wire that up and plug it to the Pi.
