how to remove BW screen from case?

How BW screen is removed from the case without damaging anything? is tehre any trick to do that?

Unscrew the back. Pop a small flat head screwdriver under the front black screen plastic and remove it gently. Then just remove the surround from the lcd. De-solder or just clip the wires so you can remove the back casing fully. Job done.
