Ordered a pair of psp analog sticks. They feel super small, maybe for psp vita?
Here's a pic for size comparison
The whole thing is pretty flat

That is definitely a PSP one. Vita ones stick up and behave more like a regular analog stick in stead of sliding around. PSP stick is better for something like this in my opinion. :)

Hm, now that you mention it the go might be just a bit smaller. I have a go at home, I'll take a look if you're curious. I used to have an original but sold it long ago, so I can't compare directly. :\

@wermy thanks! if you have a chance, and can. i would just like to see how big it is side by side with the gameboy shell, i guess near the same corner space as the psp one is. i know your pspgo is intact, but placing it as close as you can to the gameboy, should give a fair size comparison. only if you have a chance, if its too much trouble, no worries good sir

@skrapps914 here you go, side by side with an original PSP stick I realized I had. PSP Go one is 8.4mm and original PSP one is 11.1mm.

Out of curiosity, what games that the raspberry pi zero can handle are a better experience with a joystick?

Honestly that's the question that has kept me from putting a stick on one (aside from the aesthetics). I guess a few N64 games run pretty well though.

The aesthetics appeal to me a lot to the point where i would slap one on there even if there isn't much value but if there's literally zero value then it's not worth the time or money to do it for me. :/

@wermy wow! So the go stick is a bit smaller. Thanks! I really appreciate it. Might be better for me to hold off and get a go stick as it looks like it'll take up less room on the face and inside
