yeah, they all look good, but you don't necessarily "NEED" them to be PCB mounted, and the memory card reader will almost certainly be a waste of time on the Pi (though I think a few people have gotten them working?)

with those SPI screens, there is no driver board, the ILI9341 IS the driver. SPI is the interface so all you need is the software driver for the SPI protocol

SPI is the interface so all you need is the software driver for the SPI protocol. those PCB's are mostly just physical carriers. they put all the extra crap like SD card slot to make it worth their while making PCB's for them otherwise they'd look just like a big version of moosepr's tiny thing. look at the minty pi PCB sale thread. if you look closely at the display PCB you'll see it's not doing much except hosting a resistor
