[Question] About Wires

I'm trying to economize, so i'm going to recycle some wires.

For the data cables, i think use those wires from pc front panel buttons and leds.
And for 5v and gnd, wires from pc power supply.

Any suggestion? is this a bad idea?

No problem there! Don't over complicate it. Almost anything you can get your hands on is fine. My only larger than the rest wire in my build is from the PC1000C to the power board. Everything else is ethernet cable (around 26-28AWG)
