The usual thanks to wermy and helder for their hard work on all this. The wow factor is thru the roof. It's a gold hat, cool cat.
Tin cutting was probably the biggest challenge for me. Not that it was hard, just more difficult than I expected.
The faceplate print took me about 4 prints to get the setting just right for my printer. It's not as perfect as wermys but I'm happy with the results.
I tore off two pads from the USB audio, thanks to helder for mapping out additional solder points. And I ended up using a speaker from a ds lite because I'm 50+ days waiting on speakers from China .
The lid doesn't close completely because of the top half placement and my vhb tape being too thick. I can deal with it though.
I'll build a few more because my wife and kids want one of their own!
