i think that will come, when they have actually tested the other screens and see which works best.... it could be a bare screen or a screen with the board
unless you already have these, there no need to rush out and buy just yet (either options are readily available)

Yep, probably wise to wait until we actually can test and finalize the screen stuff before telling people what to buy.VeteranGamer wrote: ↑Mon May 08, 2017 12:15 ami think that will come, when they have actually tested the other screens and see which works best.... it could be a bare screen or a screen with the board

That is correct, only the DPAD and face buttons are used from the DSLite. The L/R is also tactile switches and again as mentioned before wait till everything is all sorted out before buying things as Wermy is testing a few different tact buttons for fitting with the 3D parts.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). If my Boards or PCB Kits are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them and there is demand for them. You can join the mailing list on my Website to be notified when they are available.

The tiny start/select button caps from the DSL do get used, but not the actual tact switches from the ds lite.

I use PLA for the main colored part with the buttons, as well as the bezel. I use a PC/PBT blend that is much stronger for the hinge and anything with screw holes.
Edit: I use these guys - I've had great luck with them: https://www.pushplastic.com/collections
