Weird Question, but if I wished to just use Bluetooth earbuds can I just get rid of the USB sound card and speakers? Would it work (I assume so as raspberry pi zero w has built in Bluetooth)?

Theoretically, but I've not personally tested it with a W. It'll also add some processing overhead and I'm not sure how much battery it will use to power the Bluetooth. http://blog.whatgeek.com.pt/2014/04/ras ... s-speaker/

Question about the sound card. Is the 3.5 jack used to bring outside to be able to use headphones ?

My best guess is that you'll be soldering wires from the bottom of the board to the speaker directly, not using it for headphones at all.

Yep, USB sound card wires directly to the speaker. No headphone jack on this one, I'm afraid. You may be able to use bluetooth headphones with the Pi Zero W though.

This a minimalist build without all the bells and whistles since size is a factor and things are already super cramped. Oh and no there will be no Analog Sticks either so don't ask.

Don't contact me about obtaining my board files (as you will not get them). If my Boards or PCB Kits are sold out, they will be restocked as soon as I can get them and there is demand for them. You can join the mailing list on my Website to be notified when they are available.

will the PCB board have dual L and R buttons? The zero can emulate playstation decently, and my friend wants to be able to play Medal of honor. You need to be able to crawl in that game, and you need the bottom L and R to do that. Wouldn't be too hard for you to add on I would think...

I'd rather hold off actually - we don't yet have samples in-hand to test. I'd hate to have a bunch of people buy one that doesn't turn out to work well. :)
