I consider my builds pretty flush, but I've been so far unable to make a MintyPi close just perfectly because of the start and select buttons pushing against the bezel. I designed an alternate bezel that's about 1.2mm thinner with recesses on the side to make even more room for the buttons. The design still needs work, but I'm tired right now so I'll continue later.

I like the concept of the screen bezel but I'm more interested in that face plate print.

I'm very close to done now. It uses M2x3 screws on the back to hold the two halves together. It's also now got a ribbon guide to reduce wear on the ribbon with repeated opening and closing. I still need to do a few tweaks, but for the most part, it's done.
