If you look at clear resin prints they're still cloudy. To achieve a truly clear faceplate you'd need to have a professional mould made. That would run you a few thousand dollars

What about cutting something like acrylic to the correct size? I've never done anything like these so i'm not sure if that is a viable option.

Sure, that would be possible if you had access to the tools to do that.

You can take a silicone mold from printed parts and then cast them in clear resin. Ive done it many times
