Could I turn a mintypi into a chrome book

I was wondering if because raspberry pi's can run chromium os if you could us that and Bluetooth keyboard and mouse if we could get it to work.

A quick google search says not with a Pi Zero (which the MintyPi uses) but you could with a Pi 3 or 4.
