The new MintyPi lite is amazing! I got all the parts ordered from the mentioned sources, even the 3D parts. But I seem to have two alignment issues at the moment. Any ideas how to rectify?
Another issue is I can't seem to connect to the MintyPi via Filezilla to transfer some roms. Anyone else having these issues? Any advice?

not sure about the screen, but i think the alignment of the holes can just vary a bit from tin to tin. I noticed on mine I had to push that bottom bracket as far toward the front of the case as i could for it to align to the pre-cut holes. you could try to sand or cut away a bit of that bracket too.
my screen pretty much just "popped" into the bracket, when it was aligned correctly.

Ok, managed to push the screen sideways until it "clicked" in the space. And had to take out the dremel to wide the openings for the USB and the power switch...

not bad
if you go into the settings, and "show ip", does it have one? you can also make sure that ssh is enabled in the raspiconfig settings. aside from that, i think it should work. i use winscp, but any sftp client should be fine, as far as i know.

There's a link in my signature with a step by step guide on how to transfer ROMs. Ignore the parts where it says to enable and disable FTP in the Retropie menu as those are irrelevant for the Lite.
Make sure that you are using the W variant of the RaspberryPi Zero. You can find the difference in the image below. Top is a W and bottom is a 1.3 (no WiFi).
Also make sure that you are using a 2.4 ghz network as a RPi Zero W does not have a 5 ghz network antenna.

Yes, I setup the wifi correctly, it has IP and even did correctly the "update mintypi" from the menu.

But I get an error when I start the FTP...

Oh, wow... I tried the winscp and connected instanly..!!
got the kit,but the power switch is broken
so where can i buy the power switch?thx
You mean you broke the switch, I don't know off hand the switch exactly as I bought these years ago but it was on eBay. I can sell you another one or you can try finding something similar yourself. Either way if you want to go through me send me an email through my site or contact me on the Discord server.
