V3 right dpad button

So I recently made the V3, and unfortunately, my right button on the d-pad abruptly stopped working after about 15 minutes of finishing the project. there will be short periods of time that the button does work, but will soon stop again. I've tried reflashing the sd and it did nothing. could anybody help out?

I have the same exact problem with my V3.5. Right D pad stopped working after 2 days. All continuity is good between test pads. I can't figure out what happened to it.
