Using a different sound card/ is mine salvageable

So after many attempts I have finally given up on this sound card. However, I found another one that looks like it might work. Will it? And if so- how?https://m.imgur.com/a/iMbSh

I'm not sure but it looks like your iron is way too hot. You burned that poor board to a crisp.
